The Details

Customers are able to purchase the Havis Enhanced Protection Plan at the time of, or up to 30 days following purchase of docking stations. EPP coverage begins on the original ship date of the purchase. If you purchase the Enhanced Protection Plan, you can get a loaner docking station while yours is being repaired. To submit a claim simply log on to www.havis.com, and under the Support tab click on Warranty, or by visiting www.havis.com/warranty and follow the step-by-step instructions that walk you through the submittal process.
